Dior recently released the Blooming Bouquet Eyeshadow Palette as part of their spring collection in Asian countries and some of the pieces became available on Dior’s website here in the US and I was able to order this eye quint. I was hoping to find the matching pink lipstick but I never saw it pop up on the US website.

These are gorgeous shades for spring with a lilac mauve shade, a shimmery ivory, a deep eggplant, a rose yet nude, and a light pinky lavender.

All of the shades in this palette have a pearlescent or shimmer finish. None of them are completely matte.

This eyeshadow palette is gorgeous for a light shimmery look. These shades can give a beautiful sheer wash of color over the entire eye, or they can also be build up for a little more opacity.

The middle shade and upper left shade in the palette have a little bit more of a lavender purple tone in person. Especially the center shade which is the far right swatch in the photo. I wasn’t able to capture in the photo how lavender it looks in person. There is also a lot more dimension to the sparkle of all of the shades, in person, than in the photos.

Final Thoughts
I am in love with this eyeshadow palette and have been wearing it nonstop since it arrived. These purple shades do not irritate my eyes at all like a lot of purples tend to do and the shimmer is not over the top but has a lot of dimension to it. This palette also pairs beautifully with the Soft Cashmere palette reviewed here.
I really love the newer formula of the Dior eyeshadow palettes. This palette also has the same quality and performance and even though these shades are on the lighter side, they still last all day without creasing. I often feel like lighter shades fade faster on me than darker shades a lot of times and these stay true to color all day. I’ve really been loving these lighter shades lately.
The Dior Blooming Bouquet Eyeshadow palette is only available on Dior.com currently and is limited edition.
