I finally picked up the Chanel Le Blanc Rosy Light Drops after previously thinking I would skip it. I caved because I kept seeing it used in a lot of make up looks and really loving it. I realized that it is different in color from any other liquid highlighters that I have and the color looks perfect for my skin tone.
First off, the packaging is gorgeous in this glass bottle with white cap and I love that it has a pump for easy application.
The color really is so much more beautiful in person. It has a rosy pink sheen to it on a pink-beige base. it has enough beige tone to it that it will look natural and make the pink color wearable for most skin tones.
The liquid is scented with a fragrance that smells like a lot of the Chanel foundations and skincare. While the fragrance is there it isn’t overwhelming, to me, and seems to fade a lot after it dries.
This highlighter gives a gorgeous glowy sheen to the skin that is in between a very natural highlight and extreme highlight. I feel like it leans to the natural side but still gives enough shine to be noticeable without layering. To me, it is the perfect amount of shine.
I’m happy to add the Chanel Le Blanc Rosy Light Drops to my collection. It retails for $50 and is available now on Chanel.com and is exclusive to their website and boutiques.
