Kayali just released their new perfume Yum Pistachio Gelato 33 Eau de Parfum Intense. This fragrance is described as a warm, spicy gourmand.

Base Notes: Whipped Cream, Marshmallows, Cotton Candy, Turkish Delight Accord, Cocoa, Cedarwood, Sandalwood, and Tonka
This fragrance starts out pretty sweet and a little spicy on me. I smell some creaminess and warmth and a little bit of an ice cream note.
After a few minutes I start to smell some rum and it gets a little stronger overall and starts to smell like yummy baked goods. The cotton candy is coming through more.
I do smell a little hint of floral and fruit, but those notes are in the background on me. My skin is pulling out the sweet gourmand notes the most. I can smell a little bit of cocoa and hazelnut as well.
This fragrance does smell really good. It is sweet and yummy. Yum is a cute and accurate name for it, in my opinion.
I have seen some reviews where this fragrance pulls more floral or spicy on some people but on me, it is definitely a sweet gourmand with some spice. It smells like food I want to eat. It starts out sweet and stays sweet on me throughout even as other notes come and go.
After a couple hours I do start to smell more of a gelato note and the marshmallow is more prominent.
As it dries down, it stays a sweet, ice cream pistachio scent on me. The spice is faded into the background and it is mostly pistachio ice cream scent. I love it!
There is nothing in this scent that is too heavy or cloying and I think this would be a nice gourmand for spring and summer without ever being too heavy. It is sweet but done in a balanced way.
The scent, while on the softer side, does last all day on my skin and I can still smell it on my shirt sleeves the next day.
Overall I really love this fragrance. It is completely different from anything I have and I definitely want to keep wearing it. I started with the small bottle to test it out and I picked up the largest size bottle a little bit later. I think you will love this fragrance if you like sweet and warm scents.
