MAC Cosmetics released a collaboration collection with Richard Quinn and I immediately wanted to pick up these products but waiters until they went on 40%off sale on Nordstrom. I’m happy I waited for the sale as most collections seem to stick around for a while these days and I like getting the sale price whenever possible.
This collection also included a blush, highlighter, and eye liners as well.
The packaging has this beautiful floral design and the eye palette has fabric on top that feels really nice.
These eye shadow colors are very pigmented pastel shades. I was really surprised how pigmented they were the first time I swatched them. They are also buttery and smooth and easy to apply and blend.
While some of these shades are not every day colors for me, I do like to incorporate color in my looks sometimes and these shades are fun and high quality. They also work nicely as lower lash line colors.
This matte lipstick in Rose Daydream is a very wearable cool toned pink which I love. It’s a perfect every day pink for my cool fair skin and I’ve been wearing it a lot.
Final Thoughts
Overall I really like this collection and am happy I added these pieces to my collection and highly recommend them if you like these types of shades.
