Chanel just released the new Spring Le Blanc makeup collection for 2023 called Delices Pastel de Chanel and I have been really looking forward to this collection. I love the color story and Chanel Le Blanc Collections are my favorite collections each year because the products tend to be sheer and ethereal and have formulas that catch the light on the skin in such a beautiful way.
Fantaisie Pastel Fucshia Illuminating Powder
The Fantaisie Pastel Fuschia Illuminating Powder is a light neutral pink with hints of peach and a gorgeous glowy sheen. It has the Double C logo embossed on it and comes with a brush.
The highlighter is usually the most sought after item in the Chanel Le Blanc Collections and this one does not disappoint with this gorgeous light marbled pink shade. I love the pink highlighting blush shades from Chanel.
Delices Eyeshadow Quad
The Chanel Delices Eyeshadow Palette includes a lavender, peach, rosy bronze, and light yellow. All the shades are shimmer except the peach shade. These shades are kind of sheer in formula, like all of the Le Blanc Collection eyeshadows usually are. The shades blend beautifully and can be built up for more color but the effect remains soft and very wearable. These shadows also have a pretty nuance and sheen that is so much prettier in person.
They wear all day without creasing or fading on my skin.
This eyeshadow quad is the most unique color story I’ve seen from Chanel in quite some time so I had to pick it up. These shades will be beautiful washes of color on the lids and they create a lovely spring look when worn together. I will definitely be combining these shades with my other Chanel quads for endless looks.
Lilas and Dragee Baume Essentiel
The Baume Essentiel Glow Sticks are very sheer shades that don’t show as much color as they show up as a wet sheen to the skin. They impart a gorgeous glow that looks natural and lit from within. They have a completely different look on the skin than powder highlighters, in my opinion.
I love the Baume Essentiel Glow sticks for a natural highlight and I always love a light lavender highlight shade so couldn’t resist these two shades.
I like to lightly powder over these once applied to eliminate the sticky feel these can have sometimes, if not set with powder.
Pink Delight Rouge Coco Baume Lip Balm
The Chanel Rouge Coco Baume in Pink Delight is a pretty pinky nude shade that is perfect for every day. These lip balms are not as glossy looking on the lips as a Rouge Coco Flash lipstick but they are sheer like the Coco Flash. The Rouge Coco Baume is more of a semi matte formula, in my opinion, and not quite like a satin.
I’m loving this neutral shade. I wish this was in my favorite Rouge Coco Flash Lipstick formula, but the lip balms are a nice formula for spring and summer and they feel really moisturizing on the lips.
This collection also includes a darker shade in the lip balm in Sweet Treat. I skipped this shade since I felt like I wouldn’t wear it as much.
Gourmandise Rouge Allure Ink
The Chanel Rouge Allure Ink in Gourmandise is a reddish rose pink shade. I love how this shade is more rosy pink than red on me. It’s a pretty shade for every day wear. The formula is matte, but very comfortable to wear and not drying on my lips.
This is the first Rouge Allure Ink I’ve purchased because I love this shade and I decided to give this formula a try and I’m very happy with this formula. This is very long wearing on my lips and I love how they look. I’ll definitely be picking up more of these in the future.
The collection also includes another shade of Rouge Allure Ink in shade Tentation that is a warmer red shade that I skipped.
Overall, I really love this collection. All of the shades are pretty, flattering, and wearable on my skin. I love the formulas and colors this year and am very happy I added these pieces to my collection. I feel like this collection will sell out quickly so I wouldn’t wait on them if you really want any of these pieces.
