The new Chanel Les Nuits Makeup Collection is all about the Smokey eye with this mini collection of eye products.
Eclat De Nuit Eyeshadow Palette
The Eclat de Nuit Eyeshadow Palette includes shades of black, golden beige with gold sheen, medium brown, and an antique gold shimmer.
This eyeshadow formula feels very creamy and buttery and is very pigmented. This seems to be a new formula that is different than the Tisse line of eyeshadow quads. It blends easily and wears all day without creasing or fading. It also doesn’t emphasize any texture.
You can make a very dramatic dark Smokey eye or a more brown Smokey eye with these shades.
I’m really liking this new formula of eyeshadow from Chanel.
Stylo Yeux Eye Liner
There are two new shades of the Stylo Yeux Waterproof Eye Liners and a reprinted shade.
74 Beige Lumiere– a metallic golden beige
76 Brun Platine– a medium brown satin
42 Gris Graphite– a metallic silver gray
I love the Chanel Eye Liners because they go on creamy and stay put all day without smearing or running at all. They also come in a log it pretty colors. I love using neutral shades like those in this collection the most.
This pretty pearly beige and medium brown are so pretty on the eyes without being too much color. Great for more natural makeup looks like the No Makeup makeup and the clean girl looks.
Final Thoughts
Overall, I really love this eyeshadow palette and eye liners. Although this collection is very small and promoted some of the permanent staple products like the mascara as well, i like that the shades are neutral and versatile.
The formulas are great and the classic neutral colors are ones I will wear all the time. I love this collection by Chanel and highly recommend this collection.
